In 2020 we began working with Fabric House in the UK, opening their first permanent showroom in our Tonbridge headquarters. Fabric House is a dead stock specialist with over 6,000 articles to choose from. While it was founded in 2006, its origins date back to the 19th century. Berner Und Sohn agency - the leading clothing fabrics trading company which operated throughout Europe - was established on the Berner's small-scale textile family business. Small designers often didn’t have the opportunity to purchase fabrics in low quantities until Michael Berner, the fourth generation agency owner, founded Fabric House. 

Their main objective was to offer high quality clothing fabrics with a lower minimum order quantity. Suddenly, emerging brands and young designers could take advantage of their vast and much-respected industry knowledge. They work with clients from the outset of a project fulfilling lower quantity requests as well as the need for high-quantity fabric that is provided by their related agency, Berner Und Sohn. This brings together a unique service concept integrated by our online store and outstanding sample service.
